For the mind and spirit...

Yoga - Hatha yoga class is offered based on gravity and breathing techniques that gently take you into poses.

Cost: $500 pesos per class or $100 pesos per person which ever is greater.

Pamper yourself with a massage...

Every Harmonia Holistica massage is customized to each individual using a variety of techniques. We use all natural ingredients from the surrounding jungle environment.

All massages are 1 & ½ hours although 1 hour massages are also available.

Harmonia Signature Massage - $750 pesos

A relaxing soothing body massage with raindrop technique aromatherapy. This is a traditional light-to-medium pressure massage. The combination of essential oils and massage help you to relax.

Structural Massage - $900 pesos

This is a deeper massage. This technique looks at the clients possible structural imbalances. The work is deep in the body's joints, muscles and ligaments in order to attain structural integrity. The work is the result of the study of Swedish massage, pressure point therapy, deep tissue massage and Reiki.

Chinese Cupping and Massage - $750 pesos

Chinese Supping works with natural vacuum and the body's heat to dispel blocked energy and releasing the muscle structure. (1 hour)

Invigorating treatments from head to toe...

Facial Rejuvenation - $450 pesos

A fundamental facial experience, perfect for any skin type. This skin nurturing, revitalizing facial will leave your skin feeling nourished, and hydrated. We use all natural ingredients including the surrounding plants and fruits.

Jungle Mud - $450 pesos

The ultimate skin detox. Mexico is known for its curative muds each color having its own properties. Your body gets covered in mud from toes to chin. This treatment is decadent and fun.

Exfoliation Body Scrub - $450 pesos

Depending on your skin type, a personalized salt or sugar scrub is made using aroma therapy essential oils, honey, and our secret ingredient.´

Reiki - $450 pesos

'The Usui' system of natural healing. Reiki helps retain physical and mental well-being

Reflexology - $450 pesos

Based on the principal that feet, hands and ears are representations of the body.

Effleurage massage - Add $400 pesos

To complete the body treatments, an effleurage massage is suggested to refresh and relax the body.

Manicure - $250 pesos

A soothing, nourishing and hydrating treatment lasting 40 minutes. Our manicure includes nail shaping, buffing, cuticle treatment, and exfoliation. Your hands and arms are massaged and nails are polished to perfection.

Pedicure - $350 pesos

An essential treatment for ultimate relaxation. Our 40-minute pedicure includes a foot bath, nail shaping, cuticle treatment, and exfoliation. Your legs and feet are massaged and nails are polished to perfection.
