How far is the house from the town/Beach?

Nuestro Sueño is located on top of a hill within 5 minutes leasure walk to the center of town and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach.The beach is exactly located 0.6 mile from the house.

Where can we get a description of the beach house?

Is there more than one beach house available for rent?

No. Nuestro Sueño is the only property we own that is available for rent. However, if you are interested in renting more than one beach house, there are other properties available in the town.

Is there a rental agency involved that I can contact for reservations?

Who warranties service?

Is maid service available?

Yes, maid service is included an will be provided twice a week. Should you need a full time maid, one could be hired at your expense.

What are the amenities provided?

The beach house is fully furnished. Full kitchen, linens, gas barbecue, cookware & utensils are provided.

What about food, do we have to bring our own provisions and cook?

At your convenience, you might opt for eating in town. There are a number of restaurants ranging from Mexican to international cuisine. You may also want to buy your own provisions at Wal-Mart in Puerto Vallarta and cook yourself or hire a cook at your expense. Upon your arrival, a list of restaurants and other services will be provided for your reference.

What is the weather like in San Pancho?

San Pancho is situated along the same latitude degree line (21) as the island of Maui in Hawai. As such, San Pancho enjoys the same excellent weather condition and tropical ocean/mountain environment as Hawai, particularly, during the October-June season. During this time the temperature ranges from 70 to 85 °F (21-30 °C) with clear blue skies and no rain. This fact will guarantee you will enjoy the sun, ocean and any sport you may like to do during your stay.

What should I expect to find in San Pancho?

San Pancho is a peaceful town with beautiful beaches and mountains. People are very friendly and the town is extremely safe. There are a number of restaurants as well as small stores that will provide for your every need. San Pancho means serenity, inspiration, adventure and absolute joy.

Is golf available?

Banderas Bay which includes Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta has been earmarked by the Mexican government to become a world-class golf destination. As a result, eight new golf courses have been built in the last few years. The last being a unique 18-hole signature golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus for the Four Season Resort Punta Mita minutes away from Puerto Vallarta.

What should I take from home?

Nuestro Sueño is fully furnished. In addition to your clothing, just bring a beach towel and your favorite books, games and CDs.

Do I need to rent a car?

To fully experience the beauty of the Nayarit Coast, it is advisable to rent a car. A front wheel drive car is recommended to safely negotiate the roads.
